“Currently, my responsibilities include DE&I research, owning the Performance Management Process, New Employee Onboarding, improving recognition and appreciation company-wide, running lead on our employee opinion survey, and facilitating trainings for employee development as well as group building work as needed in the organization.” 

“Recently, I have been nominated by leadership at my company to participate in the Hussmann Development Program. Out of 6,000 employees, 20-30 are invited to travel, develop, and learn over the span of 16 months as future leaders. I also am planning on moving back to Wisconsin and working remote.” 

“Through the DDM Lab, I learned to release control in a group setting and although I will always perform my best, I had to learn to trust the process of others to reach the best solution. I am thankful for such an immersive and collaborative experience.”
